RESIDENTIAL PROCESS
From the first conversation to the final installation, we follow a disciplined process. Each phase builds on the last, ensuring nothing is left to chance.
1. Discovery & Scope
We begin by reviewing design intent, architectural drawings, measurements, site conditions, and the project’s overall goals. This phase ensures clarity, alignment, and a shared understanding of what the finished space should achieve—functionally and aesthetically.
2. Engineering & Shop Drawings
We produce detailed shop drawings to resolve every technical detail before fabrication begins.
Each project receives a dedicated sample package that includes:
• Mock-ups of key details
• Finish samples (wood, metal, coatings)
• Material selections
• Hardware options
All samples are reviewed and approved by the designer to confirm the desired look and feel—and by the architect to verify code compliance, integration, and project standards. This step ensures clean buildability and seamless on-site installation.
3. Fabrication
Millwork, metalwork, and custom furniture components are fabricated in our 15,000 sq ft Miami facility using premium materials and advanced equipment. Our craftsmen follow engineered shop drawings closely, ensuring precise dimensions, clean joinery, proper hardware integration, and consistent quality across every piece.
4. Assembly, QA & Pre-Installation Testing
Each component is sanded, finished, detailed, and pre-assembled in-house for fit verification.
This pre-installation process includes:
• Finish application and quality checks
• Test-fitting parts that integrate together (millwork + metal)
• Hardware installation
• Dimensional verification against shop drawings
Catching and resolving issues in the studio ensures a clean, efficient installation on site.
5. Installation
We manage delivery, on-site installation, and final detailing. Our team coordinates with designers, contractors, engineers, and other trades to ensure everything aligns with the project’s sequencing and design intent. The result is a seamless, fully finished space with minimal disruption to the home.
