WHY AURUM FOR COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

Precision, Durability, and On-Time Delivery for High-Performance Spaces

Reliable Timelines You Can Count On

An integrated fabrication and build-out workflow reduces delays, accelerates schedules, and keeps commercial projects on track — even when timelines are tight.

Millwork + Metal Integration Under One Roof

Unified fabrication ensures perfect alignment between disciplines, faster installation, and fewer coordination issues with other trades.

Built for High-Traffic, High-Demand Environments

Materials, hardware, and finishes are selected for long-term durability, commercial-grade performance, and easy maintenance in restaurants, hospitality spaces, and office interiors.

Problem-Solving at Every Stage

Existing conditions, design inconsistencies, and architectural challenges are resolved in-house so the project keeps moving without compromising design intent.

End-to-End Coordination With Your Team

We manage fabrication, logistics, installation, and on-site sequencing in coordination with your GC, architects, and project managers — ensuring a smooth, predictable workflow from start to finish.

How We Work

Commercial Process

Every commercial project follows a structured approach. We begin with clear scope definition, move through detailed engineering and fabrication, maintain rigorous quality standards, and finish with coordinated installation that keeps your timeline intact.

1. Project Discovery

We begin by reviewing architectural drawings, design intent, brand standards, construction schedules, and site requirements.

This phase ensures full alignment with the project team — including the GC, architect, interior designer, and owner — so we understand sequencing, timeline pressures, MEP integration, and any operational requirements unique to the space (restaurant flow, back-of-house needs, office functionality, hospitality durability, etc.).

2. Engineering & Shop Drawings

We produce detailed shop drawings for every millwork and metal component, resolving all technical conditions before fabrication.
For commercial projects, this phase includes:

• ADA and code compliance verification

• Coordination with MEP trades

• Brand standard implementation

• Finish and material confirmation

• Hardware specifications and performance requirements

• Full integration with adjacent millwork, metalwork, and architectural details

Drawings are reviewed with the design team and GC to ensure installation accuracy and eliminate change orders.

3. Fabrication

All millwork, metalwork, and custom fixtures are fabricated in-house using commercial-grade materials, advanced CNC machining, and precise welding and finishing techniques.
 Our team builds for:

• High-traffic durability

• Consistency across multiple units (for chain or multi-location brands)

• Exact brand-color and finish matching

• Fire-rated and code-compliant assemblies

• Precise tolerances required for fast-paced commercial installs

This ensures each piece is built for both aesthetics and performance.

4. Assembly, QA & Pre-Installation Testing

Before anything reaches the job site, all components undergo rigorous quality checks including:

• Pre-assembly and test-fitting

• Verification of dimensions against approved shop drawings

• Finish inspection (scratch resistance, uniform color, sheen)

• Hardware installation and functionality testing

• Structural and load considerations for shelving, railings, or bar systems

This process eliminates on-site surprises and shortens installation timelines — crucial for commercial environments with strict deadlines.

5. Installation & On-Site Coordination

We manage delivery, installation, and on-site sequencing in alignment with GC schedules and other trades.
 Our commercial installation process includes:

Coordinating around MEP rough-ins and inspections

• Adhering to brand rollout or store-opening timelines
• Working after-hours or phased schedules when required
• Ensuring fast, clean installation to minimize disruption
• Final adjustments, punch-list resolution, and client handoff

The result: a commercial space that installs smoothly, opens on time, and reflects the design intent down to the last detail.
