Project Overview and Scope

The main lobby and adjacent circulation areas needed a new architectural identity built around several connected material scopes. The centerpiece was a series of custom metal columns approximately 45 feet tall, supported by a custom reception desk, reconstructed wall systems, architectural wall paneling, and specialty surfaces.

Aurum managed the metalwork, millwork, wall systems, and specialty surfaces as one package. Our team handled technical development, finish and sample approvals, specialist production, quality control, delivery planning, and installation so the large-scale features aligned with the existing building and the new interior design.
