Project Overview and Scope
The residence called for Corten steel to create a controlled aged character inside the home while aligning precisely with the surrounding custom millwork. The scope included Corten wall panels, a fireplace surround, dining-area columns, a custom steel door, and connected millwork details.
Aurum managed the interface between metal and wood from finish development through installation. Samples were used to establish the patina and sealing expectations before production, then the drawings, specialist fabrication, quality review, delivery, and installation were managed as one connected scope.
