Project Overview and Scope
Del Mar required the custom wood and metal elements across its guest-facing and operational areas to read as one interior. The project depended on consistent finishes, clean transitions, and field conditions that could support an efficient installation sequence.
Aurum managed the assigned millwork and architectural metalwork as one package, including shop drawings, finish and sample approvals, specialist production, quality review, delivery planning, installation, and final adjustments. The package brought the assigned wood and metal scopes through one approval and delivery process.
