The Flatiron Room Miami project is advancing through the full construction phase, managed by AURUM STUDIO in close collaboration with our partner VLA&DI GROUP. Together, we oversee every element — from framing and drywall to millwork, flooring, and finishes. Coordination between our architectural, engineering, and fabrication teams ensures flawless precision at every stage.

Our in-house production team is fabricating custom bar structures, shelving, and wall panels, combining metal, wood, and stone with fine craftsmanship. Every detail is tailored to match the Flatiron brand’s signature aesthetic — elegant, timeless, and built for long-term durability.

Upon completion, Flatiron Room Miami will stand as one of the city’s most refined hospitality spaces — a combination of meticulous construction management, artistic fabrication, and modern luxury design, setting a new benchmark for high-end restaurant interiors in South Florida.
