Our client in Aventura wanted to achieve the rich, weathered look of corten steel throughout their interior — including a custom fireplace, dining room columns, doors, and decorative wall panels. Normally, corten steel develops its signature rusted texture naturally over several years, but the client didn’t want to wait that long. The goal was to recreate that aged patina effect in just a few weeks without compromising durability, color consistency, or surface protection.

To meet the client’s expectations, we fabricated each corten steel element using our precision laser-cutting and CNC bending machines, ensuring perfect alignment and seamless installation. After fabrication, we developed a custom acid and patina formula that accelerated the natural oxidation process, achieving the deep rusted tones typically seen only after 3–4 years — all within 1–2 weeks.

Once the desired texture and color were reached, we sealed every surface with a special clear protective coating that preserves the patina while preventing further corrosion or staining. The final result combined the authentic look of aged corten steel with long-term stability and a smooth matte finish — a striking, timeless aesthetic that transformed the entire interior.
